FAQ

How do digital downloads work?

After checkout you'll receive a download link for your PDF file(s). Nothing is shipped — you can start printing within minutes of purchase.

What do I need to use these printables?

Any PDF reader (like the free Adobe Acrobat Reader) and a home printer. All files are designed for US Letter paper and print beautifully in black and white unless noted otherwise.

Can I print pages more than once?

Yes! Print as many copies as you need for your own household or your own classroom. Need a page again next month? Print it again.

What am I allowed to do with the files? (License)

Your purchase includes a personal/single-classroom use license. You may print unlimited copies for your own family or your own students. You may not share, resell, redistribute the files, or post them online — even for free.

Do you offer refunds?

Because digital files can't be returned, all sales are final. If anything is wrong with your file — a download problem, a printing issue, anything — email us and we'll make it right.

Will you make a custom version for me?

We love hearing what you need! We can't promise custom work, but customer requests shape what we build next — send us your ideas.
